Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – December 17, 2021) – BASIN URANIUM CORP. (CSE: NCLR) (“Basin Uranium” or the “Company“) announces the Company has granted restricted share units (“RSUs“) pursuant to the Company’s restricted share unit plan (the “RSU Plan“).
The Company has granted an aggregate of 925,000 RSUs to certain officers and consultants of the Company. The RSUs shall vest immediately.
The RSUs will be subject to a four-month and one day hold period pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
