Hostmore Plc (LON:MORE) Robert Cook joins Proactive London to talk about his firm which owns Fridays and 63rd+1st restaurant brands in the U.K.
The company made its London trading debut last week after experiencing an acceleration in demand for eating out after the end of coronavirus restrictions.
With dozens of restaurants throughout the UK and plans for more, Cook says it’s a ‘marathon not a sprint’ when referencing various macroeconomic factors including supply chain issues and inflation concerns.
Since 17 May, Hostmore has opened a new Fridays restaurant in Lincoln and 63rd+1st restaurants in Cobham and Glasgow. It plans to open a further 63rd+1st site in Harrogate in November.
