North Peak Resources Announces Grant of Stock Options

CALGARY, AB, Dec. 17, 2021 /CNW/ – North Peak Resources Ltd. (TSXV: NPR) (the “Company“) announces the grant of incentive stock options to acquire a total of 200,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $1.90 per share, with such options to vest as to one-half immediately and the remaining one-half on the first-year anniversary of the date of grant. The options expire five years from the date to grant. These options were granted to directors and officers of the Company.
