(TSXV: TUD) (FSE: H56) (the “Company” or “Tudor Gold“) announces the issuance of 2,850,000 stock options with an exercise price of $0.85 per share, for a period of five years. The stock options are being issued to directors, officers, employees, and consultants of the company, including investor relations and are subject to approval by regulatory authorities. Options to investor relations consultants shall vest in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policy, all other options for this grant will vest immediately.
