Outstanding Q1 2022 Interim Financial Results
With the 2021 Annual Filings completed the Company will work towards finalizing and filing its outstanding Q1 2022 Interim financial statements and MD&A which it hopes to complete later this month. The Company expects all financial reporting from Q2 2022 onward to be filed on schedule.

Following the filing of the Q1 2022 interim statements the Company expects to make application for revocation of the cease trade order issued on April 6, 2022. Postponement of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“2022 AGM”)
Due to the delay in 2021 Annual Filings, the Company missed the 30 June 2022 deadline for its 2022 AGM. Now that the Company has successfully completed its 2021 Annual Filings, it has scheduled the 2022 AGM for 30 September 2022.
